Location: Thebarton, South Australia
Date: 31/07/2024

Join us for an impactful workshop with Stewart Brown focused on understanding and addressing the critical issue of vacancy rates in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.

In this session, we will deep dive the StewartBrown Disability Financial Benchmark data to uncover the financial thresholds and timeframes that determine when a SIL home begins to incur losses as participants leave. This can include vacancy rates, occupancy durations, and any relevant financial metrics based on our analysis of recent financial years. Through this analysis, we aim to provide South Australian-specific insights and actionable strategies.
