In a webinar today the NDIS Provider and Worker Registration Taskforce shared their preliminary thinking on the future of provider and worker regulation and sought feedback on three of their preliminary ideas.  

Our takeaway is that there is more work to be done as the taskforce prepares to make recommendations to government.    

The NDIS Provider and Worker Registration Taskforce was established to advise on the design and implementation of a new graduated risk-proportionate regulatory model proposed in the NDIS Review Final Report (Recommendation 17).
