With the tenth anniversary of the NDIS scheme this week, NDS has launched a new report that shows a concerning outlook for the future of community-based supports. 

NDS-commissioned research conducted by Per Capita has found that the decline in access to Tier 2 services is largely due to the changing structure of federal and state funding for Tier 2 services, and the declining level of volunteering in the sector.
