Support for flood-affected providers in the Riverland

In response to the flooding in Riverland, NDS is working with the NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to support those affected. You can get urgent assistance by calling 1800 800 110. Your call will be prioritized for immediate action.  

We urge Support Coordinators to reach out to participants to find out their individual circumstances and support needs. Don’t forget to account for potential changes in their circumstances.  NDS is hosting an online meeting for all providers and support coordinators who are supporting participants affected by the floods. Representatives from the NDIA and the Commission will be online to answer your questions. We hope that you will join us to make sure all participants in the region are kept safe and their lives are affected as little as possible.  The meeting is on Wednesday 7 December at 10:30am ACST on Zoom.
