NDS members and associates were recently treated to a wide selection of speakers and panels at the 2024 NDS Disability at Work Conference held at the Sydney Masonic Centre on 23 and 24 July.

Under the conference theme, “navigating the future of disability employment”, presentations examined an incredibly broad range of topics. And despite significant reform underway for disability employment, the conference delivered lots of positive messages with inspiring examples of quality service delivery and employment outcomes. People with disability spoke passionately about their employment journeys — their trials and triumphs — in a time of unprecedented labour market upheaval and ongoing economic uncertainty.
