Run by Leadership Victoria, the Williamson Community Leadership Program is a transformative experience that broadens leaders’ perspectives and networks, builds their strategic and adaptive leadership capabilities, and expands their understanding of the communities where they work, live and volunteer. 
 
This year, for leaders of marginalised and disadvantaged communities, the program offers a full scholarship and a limited number of partial scholarships. 
 
For 2025, Leadership Victoria will be selecting up to 48 leaders, curated for diversity of sector, industry, background, experience and identity. They will hear from seasoned speakers from across the Victorian community, helping them build deep, enduring connections with other leaders. They will also forge a link to 1400 Williamson Fellows who have completed the program since 1990 and are in senior leadership positions across Victoria and beyond.
