  • TAC has a Small Grants Program to fund community projects that enhance the lives of TAC clients and people with disabilities.
  • Projects should be user-led and focus on key areas.
  • Not-for-profits, social enterprises, disability service providers, disability advocacy groups and local government authorities may apply for grants to $50,000.
  • Applications for the 2023 round are open until 24 November.

The Victorian Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Small Grants program is now accepting applications. An initiative to support community projects that can positively impact TAC clients and people with disability in Victoria, the program gives grants of up to $50,000 to user-led projects in key areas.

Applications are open until 24 November.

Applications are open to:

  • not-for-profit organisations
  • disability or self-advocacy groups
  • social enterprises
  • disability service providers
  • local government authorities.

The grants will fund initiatives that empower individuals with disabilities and enhance their overall well-being in key aspects of life:

  • health and wellbeing
  • social and community connectedness and participation
  • independent living
  • safety and resilience.

With the application window for the grants program closing on 24 November, NDS encourages members to prepare their applications soon.

  2. Familiarising yourself with the grant guidelines and conditions.
