Until the end of February, organisations can take up a special offer for a free tailored leadership development package. Through the Human Services Skills Organisation (HSSO), the Federal Government has completely subsidised the CILCA 360 mobile phone tool, supported by a coaching session, feedback and resources.  

The eight-minute online assessment tool and resources for leaders in disability services is designed to boost performance and reduce turnover.  

This initiative has been available through HSSO for the past year, but few disability providers have taken it up, possibly because of the $296 cost per frontline manager for the coaching session. This cost has now been waived to encourage disability organisations to take up the offer.
