The Australian Government is asking the public to comment on its draft list of NDIS supports.This follows the introduction in March of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. 1) Bill 2024.

A key component of its reforms is a new definition of NDIS supports. Last week, the government released a draft list of supports eligible for NDIS funding.

The draft list will become part of a transitional rule about NDIS Supports, remaining in place until the Commonwealth, states and territories formally agree on a new rule about what is considered an NDIS support.
