Over the next few weeks, the NDIA are holding education sessions to give providers a better understanding of participant plans and the new computer system PACE.

NDIS Plans — Working with Participants and the NDIA is a two-hour online session for support coordinators and recovery coaches who already have the foundation knowledge and skills to support participants to create their plans. This session builds up their information base to better align NDIS supports with their participants’ plans, goals and budgets.

There are several session times in late-March and April and you can register on the NDIS event page.

And the NDIS is continuing to deliver education sessions to help providers get to grips with PACE, their new computer system. There are numerous sessions over the next few weeks. You can sign up for the event that deals in your service area — general providers, plan managers or support coordinators. And there are also sessions focused on making claims and payments.

These sessions will continue to be run for the foreseeable future to support PACE’s national expansion.
