NDS has submitted a detailed response to the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) on the effectiveness of the NDIA Board. Our submission focused on how the Board’s governance affects pricing within the NDIS.  

Pricing is critical for the sustainability of the NDIS, the quality of supports for participants, and the market viability for providers. Our submission raised concerns about the lack of transparency in pricing decisions, the NDIA’s conflicts of interest, and their short-term focus that may overlook long-term sustainability and quality considerations in service delivery.
