NDS has submitted a comprehensive response to the Joint Standing Committee on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) General Issues Inquiry. Our submission gives the perspectives of providers and our membership on the performance, governance, administration and expenditure of the NDIS. 

The NDIS has created a market for disability supports, but this market is still developing and faces significant challenges. NDS's submission highlights the essential role of the NDIA to guide the market to achieve the NDIS core objectives.
