NDS is holding a symposium to ask the question: What would you like to see in the NDIS Workforce Strategy? The industry priorities raised in the symposium will inform a later meeting of the NDIS Workforce Reference Group, co-chaired by NDS CEO Laurie Leigh.    

The reference group was set up to develop an industry-led workforce strategy for the NDIS. It is made up of peak bodies, service providers, unions, and organisations for people with disability and First Nations communities. Their next meeting, in late October, will discuss the question being put to the symposium.
