Recently, NDS released its annual Workforce Census Report, which showed that the percentage of full-time employees (Disability Support Workers, Allied Health Workers and Allied Health Assistants) almost doubled in New South Wales from 20 per cent in 2022 to 39 per cent in 2023. The jump was much higher in NSW than in other states. 

We would like to understand why.
