NDS has released a Practice Leadership Resource Guide to support Practice Leaders to gain a better understanding of the array of resources available to support them to do their job well. This resource was developed as part of the NDS Zero Tolerance initiative and complements the Interactive Zero Tolerance Resource Guide.

Effective practice leadership is essential to promoting and upholding human rights, driving good practice, and supporting people to achieve their goals. The Practice Leadership Resource Guide has been developed to support Practice Leaders who supervise direct support staff in the disability sector. The interactive PDF can be downloaded onto any desktop or smart phone enabling quick access to over 140 useful resources including:
