Events will be taking place right across the country on 28 April, including Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Cairns, Geelong, the Central Coast and the Illawarra as part of the National Day of Action to Defend Our NDIS!

Find an event near you to attend – and make sure you share any photos from the events on social media using #DefendOurNDIS #TeamworkWorks

After a huge day of local events, you’re then invited to be part the national virtual event, the Big Night In at 7pm AEST.

As well as hearing from speakers from around the country about their own campaigns and activities, we have some big names locked in. All of the major parties have been invited, and we have locked in Shadow Minister for the NDIS Bill Shorten, Greens Senator Jordon Steele-John, Independent candidate and former Wallabies captain David Pocock.

We’ll also see video messages from former Prime Minister Julia Gillard, writer Ben Law, and author Jamila Rizvi.

Make sure you RSVP to be part of the Big Night In to Defend our NDIS now.

PS Don’t forget you can find more information about the National Day of Action, as well as resources on the Teamwork Works website.
