safer services toolkit logo

The Safer Services Toolkit was originally developed in 2018 with funding from Lotterywest to complement NDS Zero Tolerance resources and is based on research by NDS WA in partnership with Curtin University that identified stakeholder experiences, perceptions and understandings of safeguarding practices of disability service organisations. In 2024 the Sector Readiness Project with funding from the WA Department of Communities reviewed and updated the toolkit.
