NDS invites providers, people with disability, family and friends to help us celebrate diversity in our community at the National Disability Inclusion Awards Ceremony 2023 on Friday 17 November in the Main Hall of the Legislative Assembly in Darwin.

Tickets are free but limited, so register as soon as possible.

The Northern Territory Disability Inclusion Awards recognise exceptional individuals working in the disability sector, as well as government and non-government services, organisations, businesses and programs, that show outstanding commitment to improving the lives of people with disability.

Winners will be announced across six categories:

• Excellence in Rights Promotion
• Inclusive Communities Award
• Excellence in Innovation
• Excellence in Supporting Employment Outcomes
• Excellence in Supporting Mental Health disabilities and recovery programs (Psychosocial Disability)
• Overall Award for Excellence.

The host for this night of recognition, celebration and camaraderie will be the Honourable Ngaree Ah Kit MLA, Minister for Disabilities. Canapes and beverages are included.
