Some members are reporting issues with the new NDIS Worker Screen Check (NDIS Check) system in Victoria. NDS is now seeking feedback from all members about how issues with obtaining the NDIS Checks may be impacting staff recruitment.

NDIS Checks for registered disability services now operate under a federal framework overseen by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.  States and territories became responsible for implementing the checks from 1 February 2021.
