NDS recently submitted our feedback on the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Getting the NDIS Back on Track No. 1) Bill 2024.

We believe the government should consider these matters carefully to avoid unduly restricting participant choice or autonomy. Transparent and accountable processes, along with genuine consultation with the disability community, are crucial to protecting the rights and interests of NDIS participants.
